We are looking for skilled Car Painters to work in different companies throughout the Netherlands.
Your job
As a Car Painter you are an experienced professional in the automotive industry. You are capable to follow all steps in the process of painting. Which consist of:
- Judging the preparation of the car(parts) before spraying.
- Mixing colours with digital scales after establishing the right formula.
- Compare colour samples with the needed colour. Establish the right tint.
- Accurate and efficient masking of the car before painting
- Painting, water based paint, clear coat, three layer systems etc.
- Polishing the painted car to remove sags, dust and spray-out areas.
Your profile
- You have at least two years’ experience as a Car Painter;
- You use the prescribed tools in a correct manner and you keep your workspace and tools neat, clean and in order;
- You are able to complete the assignments in accordance with the proper process to meet the required quality within the specified time;
- You are able to perform the job independently;
- You are familiar with the latest techniques and brands;
- Being able to perform spot repair is a plus;
- Communicative English: one of our colleagues will call you to talk about different topics related to being a Car Painter. If you can talk about these topics, your English is pretty good;
- European passport and B1 driver’s licence;
- You have a good sense of quality.
Offer:
The salary which you will receive will be between €575 up to €675 net per week, based on a 40 work week. This depends on your expertise and relevant work experience.
Example of salary per month:
Your weekly salary is €675 net per week, working 40 hours per week. Your salary will be €2700 net per 4 weeks, working 40 hours per week, that equals a monthly net income of €2925, working 40 hours per week.
Of course, if you work more than 40 hours per week, your net salary will be higher.
- If you perform like expected you will receive a permanent contract;
- Paid every 4 weeks;
- Challenging work for at least 40 hours per week, opportunity to work overtime;
- Transport to work;
- Build up a minimum of 20 paid vacation days per year;
- Dutch contract with pension;
- Salary of 575,00 € - €675,00 net per week;
- Accommodation of shared housing included (you have your own room), in standard to Dutch law (SNF certificate).
Relocation program
Our client offers candidates from abroad a relocation program so that you are fully supported in the move to and integration in the Netherlands. They will assist you with the following:
