Full-time | 2-shift system
We are looking for a CNC Miller who wants to work at the highest level of precision within a stable and ambitious international high-tech organization with locations in Europe and Asia, and a turnover of more than 100 million euros annually.
The location in the Netherlands, you will be working at has approximately 100 employees working together in a flat organization with short communication lines and strong involvement on the work floor.
The organization supports professional OEM customers in managing the full product life cycle and focuses on long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency and performance.
This is not standard machining. It is precision engineering at micron level for leading OEM customers in the global high-tech industry.
Typical characteristics of production:
- 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling
- Titanium and high-grade steel machining
- Extremely tight tolerances (down to 1–2 microns)
- Long machining cycles (200–300 hours per part)
- Large material removal (e.g. 250–300 kg titanium blocks reduced to 30 kg finished parts)
- Dedicated CAM department for programming
- Separate quality department and measurement rooms
Your responsibilities:
As a CNC Miller you are responsible for machining complex, high-precision components. The focus is on setup, execution and process control.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating 3-, 4- and 5-axis milling machines
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings with tight tolerances
- Preparing tooling and complex clamping constructions
- Monitoring long machining cycles
- Performing interim measurements and quality checks
- Ensuring strict adherence to validated work instructions
- Thinking along in improvements within formal procedures
- Programming is handled by the CAM department, allowing you to focus on precision execution and process stability.

What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience with CNC turning and reading CNC programs (ISO G/M codes)
- A proactive mindset and motivation to further develop your technical skills
- Minimum English level: B2 (Dutch is not required)
Offer:
- Gross monthly salary between €3.450 – €4.945 inc. 15% Shift allowance depending on experience
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)

The position works in a 2-shift system:
- One week you have the day shift (Monday–Friday)
- The other week you’ll have the afternoon shift (Monday–Thursday, Friday off)
You receive a 15% shift allowance on all worked hours.
