We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Tekla Modeler to join an innovative and internationally active engineering consultancy specializing in prefabricated concrete and hybrid structures.

You will be working from our office in Valencia, on technically complex projects across Europe, within a collaborative and forward-thinking team environment.

Your role

As a Senior Tekla Modeler, you will take ownership of modeling and detailing processes while contributing to project coordination and optimization.

Your responsibilities

• Independently model and detail structural building components
• Develop and manage Tekla models for complex construction projects
• Maintain communication with engineers, clients, and project stakeholders
• Identify and discuss additional work or project changes
• Contribute to the optimization of 3D modeling workflows and processes
• Support and guide junior modelers within the team
• Monitor project planning and report potential delays
• Ensure accurate documentation and archiving of project data
• Track and manage your own work administration (hours, progress)
• Handle technical issues or client feedback professionally

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (or similar), or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in structural modeling
• At least 3 years of experience with Tekla Structures
• Strong knowledge of precast concrete and steel structures
• Experience developing Tekla user components is a plus
• Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
• Ambitious and motivated to grow within complex engineering projects

What’s offered

• Salary: €38,000 – €42,000 gross per year (depending on experience)
