We are looking for a motivated Junior Tekla / Revit Modeler to join an international engineering consultancy specializing in prefabricated concrete and hybrid structures.

Based in our office in the Netherlands, you will work on technically complex projects across Europe within a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Your role

As a Junior Tekla / Revit Modeler, you will support the development of technical designs under the guidance of a Team Leader or Project Leader.

This is a great opportunity to further develop your skills while working on high-level engineering projects in an international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Translate technical designs into detailed 3D models using Tekla and/or Revit
• Support the development of structural models for construction projects
• Collaborate with project teams to achieve shared goals
• Identify and report bottlenecks or technical challenges
• Work within established project frameworks and guidelines
• Assist in planning and estimating your own tasks and timelines

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Civil Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Tekla and/or Revit
• Affinity with structural engineering and construction projects
• Ability to work independently within defined frameworks
• Good organizational skills and time awareness
• Eager to learn, grow, and develop within complex projects
• Ambitious, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset
