Salary: €4,000 – €5,000 gross per month

The role

We are looking for an experienced CNC Specialist (Milling Machine Operator) who not only operates machinery but actively contributes to improving production processes.

In this role, you will work with advanced 5-axis machines and CAM programming, playing a key role in optimizing workflows and supporting the wider production team.

You will primarily work with Heidenhain controllers and Hypermill CAM software (experience is a plus, not a requirement).

Key responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines
• Create new CNC programs and optimize existing ones
• Work with CAM software to improve machining efficiency
• Support colleagues on the shop floor with technical expertise
• Collaborate closely with the Production Manager to improve processes
• Contribute to:
  • Tool Data Management implementation and optimization
  • Standardization of CAM structures and workflows
  • Fixture setup and fixture design improvements
• Identify opportunities to increase production efficiency
• Help develop a structured and future-proof production environment
