As an engine overhaul mechanic, you will work daily on the overhaul and maintenance of engines from luxury car brands. You will use advanced tools and diagnostic equipment to optimize the performance of both conventional and modern systems. Quality and excellence in your work are always your top priorities.

Responsibilities

A typical day begins with assessing engines arriving from high-end vehicles. You will disassemble, inspect, clean, and overhaul components using Sonnax tools, the Hydra test bench, and CNC machinery. As a specialized technician, you will diagnose complex faults, program control units, and regularly work on hybrid systems from luxury brands.

You will collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and customer satisfaction:

• Cylinder boring and sleeve installation
• Line boring and honing
• Cylinder head and valve overhaul
• Engine performance optimization
• Complete engine assembly

Requirements

• Technical training or equivalent qualification
• Technical mindset with a focus on precision
• Communicative English skills

• Mechatronic system overhaul training, focusing on the latest techniques and technologies.
• Catalytic converter overhaul training, with a special focus on improving quality and efficiency.
• Transmission overhaul training, featuring hands-on instruction and practical experience.
• Engine overhaul training, including cylinder boring, line boring, honing and line honing, surface grinding for cylinders and cylinder heads, and installation of oversized cylinder sleeves.
