As a transmission overhaul mechanic, you will work daily on the overhaul and maintenance of transmissions for luxury car brands. You will use advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to optimize the performance of both conventional and modern systems. Quality and excellence in your work are always your top priorities.

Responsibilities

• A typical day begins with assessing transmissions arriving from high-end vehicles:
• Overhaul of conventional, CVT, and dual-clutch transmissions
• Complete torque converter overhaul with quality control
• Mechatronics repair using Sonnax tools and Hydra testing
• Complete transmission assembly
• Measurement and adjustment of clutch tolerances

Requirements

• Technical training or equivalent qualification
• Technical mindset and precision-oriented approach
• Communicative level of English

• Mechatronic system overhaul training, focusing on the latest techniques and technologies.
• Torque converter overhaul training, with a special focus on improving quality and efficiency.
• Transmission overhaul training, featuring hands-on instruction and practical experience.
• Engine overhaul training, including cylinder boring, line boring, honing and line honing, cylinder block and cylinder head resurfacing, and installation of oversized cylinder liners.
