This job is in the Netherlands
As a CNC Miller, you will machine complex, high-precision components. You will work with 3-axis CNC Milling machines with Heidenhain control, focusing on setup, execution and process control. Programming is handled by the CAM department, allowing you to focus on precise execution and process stability.
Your daily responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating 3-axis milling machines
- Working with Heidenhain or Fanuc controlled machines
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Preparing tooling and complex clamping setups
- Manufacturing parts up to MU tolerances
- Performing interim measurements and quality checks
- Following validated work instructions
- Collaborating with the CAM department on process improvements

What we’re looking for:
- At least 3 years’ experience as a CNC miller
- A proactive mindset and motivation to further develop your technical skills
- Minimum English level: B2 (Dutch is not required)
Offer:
- Gross monthly salary between €3.450 – €4.945
- Full-time position (40 hours per week)
