We are looking for 40–50 motivated Tire Switchers to join our team in the Netherlands for the Autumn season starting in mid-October (week 42–43, 13–20 October 2025). Training may begin earlier (week 40–41).
This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced tire switchers and motivated newcomers who are ready to learn and work in the automotive sector.
Your Responsibilities
- Position cars safely on lifts.
- Remove and install wheels.
- Remove balance weights and mount/demount tires on rims.
- Check tire rotation direction.
- Balance wheels and retighten bolts to correct torque.
- Work with TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems).
- Measure tread depth, mark tires, and perform visual inspections.
Your Profile
- Motivated and physically fit to handle tires and wheels.
- Experience as a tire switcher, automotive technician, or in a technical role is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license (B category) preferred.
- Communicative level of English (B1) is required (German or Dutch also accepted).
- Ability to work in a team, under pressure, and in a structured way.
Offer
- Contract: Seasonal job (9–13 weeks). Strong performers may continue in automotive or logistics afterwards.
- Working Hours: 38–40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:00–17:00).
- Salary (based on 38 hours, net per week, including housing, transport & insurance):
- Unexperienced: €416 – €444
- Experienced (1–2 seasons): €431 – €460
- Experienced+ (3+ seasons): €455 – €486
- Service mechanic: €480 – €550
- Paid training (2 days) for unexperienced candidates.
- Transport to work provided (bike, e-bike, or car). Car owners receive €0.23/km reimbursement.
- Free accommodation in shared housing (single rooms whenever possible).
- Health insurance included.
- Work clothing and shoes provided if needed.
