Location: Multiple sites (main location + secondary site)
Work schedule: Day shift / 2-shift system

Your Role: 

For our client, we are looking for a flexible Maintenance Technician who can be deployed at different production locations depending on operational needs and planning. One location will be your main base; work at the secondary location is typically required one fixed day per week.

 

You will be responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of production installations, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and PLC-related faults
  • Read and interpret electrical and technical schematics
  • Carry out inspections and prioritise maintenance tasks
  • Participate in on-call duty rotations (approximately one week per cycle)
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation
  • Collaborate with production teams and external technicians

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
  • Proven experience in a technical maintenance role, preferably in food production
  • Experience with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and PLC systems
  • Strong analytical skills and technical insight
  • TIG welding experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with preventive maintenance processes
  • Experience with MS Office and AutoCAD-type software
  • Knowledge of NEN 3140 (or willingness to obtain)
  • Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
  • Minimum B2 level English
  • Technically minded and comfortable working with digital systems
