Do you enjoy producing highly precise mechanical components and working with advanced machining technologies?

 

We're looking for an experienced Wire EDM Technician to join a modern high-tech manufacturing environment where you'll produce complex precision parts for industries such as semiconductor equipment, aerospace, medical technology and optics. The work is varied, challenging and primarily focused on small production runs and one-off components.

 

What you'll do:

 

As a Wire EDM Technician, you'll be responsible for the complete production process of precision components using modern Wire EDM equipment and CAD/CAM programming systems.

 

Your responsibilities include:

 

• Producing high-precision components using Wire EDM machines
• Selecting machining strategies and tooling
• Determining clamping methods
• Programming and operating modern equipment
• Inspecting finished products against technical drawings and tolerances
• Working closely with experienced technicians on complex manufacturing projects
• Contributing to continuous process improvements

 

What we're looking for:

 

You have:

 

• A completed technical education
• Experience with machining techniques
• Knowledge of technical drawings and precision measurement
• Experience working within tight tolerances
• Familiarity with different material types
• A quality-focused and detail-oriented mindset
• Good English communication skills
• A collaborative attitude and willingness to learn

 

The work environment

 

You'll work in a modern production facility equipped with advanced machining technologies, including milling, turning, grinding, EDM, spark erosion, micro-laser processing and cleanroom facilities.

 

Projects range from single-piece production to small series for international clients operating in industries where precision is essential.

 

Employment package:

 

Annual salary: €46,300 – €54,100 gross
