We are looking for skilled CNC Machinist. Our client is an innovative, driven and experienced company that automates production processes. It employs approximately 130 employees, spread over three locations in the Netherlands and delivers all over the world. The synergy between their robotics, convenience and end-of-line pillars allows them to realize complete (robot) solutions for production companies.

 

What are you going to do?

 

In the role as a machining specialist, your main task is to manufacture parts, mainly using machining techniques, both conventional and CNC. The work is very diverse and if you so desire, you can practice all machining disciplines. The series size varies from single pieces to small series in various material types including stainless steel, aluminum and plastics. If you want, you can also be used to assemble machines.

 

You do the following during your working day: Together with your enthusiastic colleagues, you strive tirelessly to fulfill agreements made and achieve the highest possible results. As part of a driven team, you have a sharp eye for detail and you are always looking for improvements in the delivered product.

 

You will perform these tasks and activities:

 

• Conventional and CNC machining (sawing, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, boring);
• Independently clamp workpieces;
• Deburring parts;
• Repairing/adjusting parts;
• Checking drawings and parts for finish and dimensions;
• Programming of CNC lathe (Fanuc) and, if desired, CNC milling machine (Fagor).

 

Your profile

 

• A higher technical working and thinking level;
• Technical insight into the operation of machines;
• You have experience and can handle conventional and CNC machines;
• You can read 2D drawings;
• You have knowledge of material properties;
• Understands and can work with ERP systems.
• You have good English communication skills.

 

Offer & Contract

• A gross monthly salary between €2,750 and €3,000
• The ability to work 32 hours;
• 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days for full-time employment;
• Travel expenses reimbursement of €0.21 cents per kilometer;

Relocation program

 

Our client offers candidates from abroad a relocation program so that you are fully supported in the move to and integration in the Netherlands. They will assist you with the following:

 

• Helping you in the search for housing nearby the site
• Setting up a Dutch bank account
• Applying for the BSN number at the Dutch tax office
• Applying for the Dutch health insurance (everybody who works in Holland needs to apply for health insurance. Depending on the health package you choose for this will cost between € 70,- to €100,- per month.)
