As a DevOps engineer, you are responsible for the design, implementation, and management of Cloud solutions, with a focus on data integration and cloud automation services to meet the organization’s needs. You collaborate closely with IT and development teams to ensure the efficient deployment and operation of Cloud services within your organisation.

Your job

• Cloud Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and manage Cloud infrastructure, with a focus on optimizing data integration and cloud automation. 

• Data Integration: Develop and maintain data integration processes and pipelines to facilitate seamless data movement between different systems and databases. 

• Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices to protect cloud resources, data, and applications. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. 

• Automation and Scripting: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline cloud provisioning, monitoring, and management tasks, with a particular focus on database and data integration processes.
• Scaling and Optimization: Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and scale resources as needed to ensure optimal performance and cost-efficiency. 

• Disaster Recovery: Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and mechanisms to ensure business continuity, with a special emphasis on data integrity. 

• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and support application deployment and integration with Cloud services. 

• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud infrastructure, data integration processes, and cloud automation.

Your profile 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

• Proven experience in Microsoft, AWS, OCI or Google Cloud Infrastructure. 

• Strong knowledge of cloud computing concepts, virtualization, and infrastructure as code (IaC). 

• Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell, with a focus on data integration and data replication. 

• Experience with cloud security practices and compliance standards. 

• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools for cloud environments. 

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 

• Strong communication and collaboration skills. 

• Any Cloud certifications is a plus.

Good to have 

• Experience with more cloud platforms. 

• Experience with Database Management: (Install, configure, and maintain databases in the cloud environment. Perform performance tuning, backup, and recovery.) 

• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Experience with 3rd party cloud orchestration and automation technologies (e.g., Terraform). 

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines, especially for data integration and database deployment.

Offer 

The salary which you will receive will be between €5000 up to €7000 per month. This depends on your educational background and relevant work experience.
