Are you interested in working in a high-tech environment where precision and quality are essential? We are looking for a Cable Assembly Technician to work in a Grade 2 cleanroom environment in the Netherlands.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling complex cable systems from start to finish. These cables are used in advanced high-tech machinery and defense-related equipment. You will work based on technical drawings and work instructions, as part of a professional and supportive team.
The position is located in the Netherlands within the semiconductor industry.
What do we mean by complex cables?
Complex cables are cable sets with a large number of internal wires and color coding, which must be very precisely mounted on male and female connectors. The length and placement of the wiring are often extremely precise (sometimes down to 0.1 mm), particularly for applications in high-tech machinery. The work is serialized, but always in small batches.
Your responsibilities:
- Assembling, modifying, and inspecting complex cable systems based on technical drawings
- Cutting, assembling, and connecting cables and connectors
- Translating technical product documentation (TPD) into a correct final product
- Working both inside a Grade 2 cleanroom and in standard production areas
- Identifying deviations and contributing to improvements
What we are looking for:
- Technical education in a technical field and/or substantial work experience in a technical environment — preferably in mechanical engineering, automotive technology, electrical engineering, aircraft maintenance, mechatronics, or a comparable field.
- Accurate, quality-oriented, and able to work well in a team
- Experience with fine assembly work is an advantage
- Experience with cable assembly is a plus, but not required (training is provided)
- Basic computer skills
- Good command of English (Dutch is an advantage, not required)

- A fixed, competitive gross monthly salary between €2,852 and €2,963, depending on experience
