Our client is looking for CNC Turners to work with machines such as Okuma, DMG Mori and Nakamura on low volume, high-complexity parts used in:
- Semiconductor equipment (air bearings, linear motors, lens housings)
- Aerospace (flight-critical structural and mechanical parts)
- Optical and scientific equipment
The work combines precision milling and turning.
You will work with approx. 200 motivated and enthusiastic colleagues on a variety of assignments for international customers producing high-quality precision mechanical parts and assemblies for them. Often in small series, so there is a lot of variation in the work. The facility in Eindhoven has a modern machine park with all machining techniques in-house, such as machining operations (including milling, turning, grinding, eroding, sparking), micro-laser operations and cleanroom activities.
As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for manufacturing complex parts from small medium series.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Determining clamping methods and work sequence.
Drawing up work instructions.
Checking products and registering deviations.
Being prepared to follow courses.
Ensuring a clean and tidy workplace.
Your responsibilities:
As a CNC Swiss Turn Programmer, you will be responsible for programming, setting up, and optimising high-precision sliding head lathes. You will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
Your profile:
- Completed technical education, preferably: CNC manufacturing, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable (EQF level 3 or 4)
- You want to work in 2-shifts
- You work accurate and precise
- You are patient and can work focused
- You have experience with reading technical drawings
- You are both independent and a team player
- You are communicatively strong
- Minimum English level: B2
Offer:
- The salary which you will receive will be in the bandwidth of € 3.964 up to € 4.866 gross per month incl. shift allowance (20%). This depends on your educational background and relevant work experience;
- 25 paid holiday days a year;
- Holiday allowance of 8% over total gross year income, paid once per year;
- Free public holidays, maximum of 7 per year;
- Travel expense of € 0,16 per km
