This job is in the Netherlands

As a field service engineer your most important task is to ensure that the customer’s production process runs as smoothly as possible. You visit customers for various projects and know how to manage their expectations. Tasks include preventive maintenance, implementing modules or production lines, resolving complex malfunctions, performing analyses, and training operators. You prepare your projects in the office, after which you travel to the customer to carry out the plans. Afterwards you report everything in detail. Because customers are located all over the world, you are willing to travel internationally. Preferably you have a background in mechatronics and knowledge of control technology and automation at PLC level.

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial automation, Electrical engineering or Mechatronics;
  • At least 2 years of experience with control technology and PLC technology is preferred;
  • Experience in service work;
  • Open to international travel;
  • Strong English communication skills.

 

 

Contract / conditions

If you are successful in the application process, our client will invest in your personal development. The salary starts at € 3200 and goes up to € 5000,- gross per month (40 hours working week) depending on your experience and education.
